Take the Sleep Pressor™ and apply its base on the round part of the
adhesive tape.
Detach all (adhesive tape + Sleep Pressor™) from the support.
Position the button facing downward over Ht7 point of the wrist.

How to find the ht7 point: the point is situated on the inside of the wrist, down from le little finger, in a small depression under the wrist bone at the end of the wrist crase.
Repeat the process every night, for 10 nights, then alternate nights until
satisfactory results are obtained.
H7 Insomnia Control must be worn on each wrist (to be effective) 30 minutes
before you go to bed. Leave it in place overnight and discard it in the
morning.
